Designed for precision dispensing at high machine line speed and high flow rate, the MultiJet features four synchronized Superior Jet valves that is able to dispense at the same location while in constant motion.

 

High quality micrometer gauges allow for fine adjustments of the in-line valve location so the operator has the freedom to find a dispensing pattern suited to the application.

 

The Multi Jet system is currently used in production environment dispensing optically clear epoxies at 300mm a second at continuous velocity.
